Styles St Studio was founded on the idea that people should never settle when it comes to their home furnishing, but rather have the freedom to be boldly original.

How long will my order take?

Orders will be delivered within 4-6 weeks from time of order. As each order is made to order in the event there is a delay in your chosen fabric we will keep you updated.  Once your furniture has been made, the order will be inspected by our quality control team and dispatched within 5 business days.

We deliver Australia wide* from our workshop in Sydney to the delivery address you provide. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery times and rates vary depending on the number of items, their size, their weight and the distance from our Fulfilment Centre – the delivery options that may be offered are outlined below.

Who will deliver my order?

For swatch orders, we utilise various courier service providers – these are usually delivered to your door by a single serviceperson. Delivery should be between 2-4 business days.

For furniture:  We have special service contractors out of our Sydney Workshop who provide our delivery service. They will deliver to a room of your choice. Unpacking, rubbish removal and assembly is NOT included in this service. The relevant dispatch team will contact you to schedule a delivery day once goods have been finished, please keep in mind only specific days may be available to certain areas.

 

Do you offer premium delivery?

At this time we don’t offer Premium delivery online, please contact wecare@stylesststudio.com.au to discuss a quote for this service. 

Can you deliver internationally?

At this time we don’t accept international orders through our website. Please contact wecare@stylesststudio.com.au to discuss a quote for this service. 

How do I track my order?

How do I cancel my order?

Please choose carefully. We understand it’s a tough decision and we want you to love your furniture for years to come. If you would like to enquire regarding cancellation or changing your order please contact us immediately wecare@stylesststudio.com.au  or phoning us on 1300 009 099

As each product is made to order changes and cancellation is not available after 14 days from time of order please refer to the terms of condition of sale.

How do I care for my furniture?
You’ve put a lot of care into choosing your furniture. And with continued care at home, you will enjoy for many years to come. Always lift your furniture, do not drag as  you may break or scratch the legs. Avoid direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can cause colours to fade in fabrics. Do not leave newspaper or there printed materials lying on surface. Vacuum regular, Protect from heat and liquids. Do not leave spills unattended. Blot spills immediately with a clean, white cloth. Use soap or detergent cautiously. Always tests a small inconspicuous area first. Rotate cushions and pillows weekly. Professional upholstery clean recommended annually. Only use your furniture indoors.
